Tom Santillo hails from Cleveland, OH and now lives in Norman, OK. Tom is currently working towards a degree in Meteorology at the University of Oklahoma. He is a devoted lover of the atmosphere. When not chasing he eagerly waits for Mother Nature to provide a thunderstorm, snow storm, tornado, or hurricane.

Tom began storm chasing in 1999 and has documented dozens of tornadoes, hundreds of supercells, and multiple winter storms over the past 6 years. Tom's most dangerous and exciting chase occurred on May 8, 2003; he witnessed the F4 Moore, OK tornado as it crossed I-35 just north of his position. His car was sprayed with debris as the tornadic wind-field passed within 20 yards of his vehicle.

Tom has a fiery passion for storm chasing and he will probably continue chasing until he loses his vision or when he no longer has his sanity.
